Danny is a highly motivated and dedicated individual with over 22 years within executive search and selection and in-house recruitment. He is fluent within the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from sourcing initial instruction, concept selling, competency based interviewing and offer closure with an emphasis on expectation management throughout the process. With a natural flair for building relationships and trust through effective communication and market knowledge he is readily able to identify, isolate and handle objections whilst ensuring end users remain bought in. Danny is able to work efficiently by designing and innovating solutions to senior level and niche resourcing requirements as well as higher volume campaigns alike.
